The BESA Program is Anderson Hockey’s signature system - and the ultimate goal is to increase your player's Balance, Efficiency, Speed and Agility. It's designed for hockey Players.

BESA is an intensive program that creates lasting results. During our BESA AH Program, Athletics will participate in three intensive four-day sessions - and be drilled, coached, and individually supported in a professional, focused environment that is proven to produce incredible improvements.
Each BESA program includes 12 ice sessions, 9 Dryland sessions with Olympic Sprint Trainer WALTER DONG, and begins the minute you register by asking your Player(s) to set their own goals and intentions for the program. Players focus specifically on Technique in the first 4-day session, Power in the second 4-day session and Speed in the third 4-day session.
AGES 13 – 14
The Bantam Development camps are all one week in length and run from Monday to Friday, Major focus on Explosive skating and Extreme skill development, as well as small area battle drills that will help the player compete in one on one situations all over the ice. Includes constant real-time feedback on player skill development!
Players will be introduced to Our Canadian power skating formula called the “BESA Formula”:
Balance + Efficiency + Agility + Speed= Power
