I do not believe that doing the same thing over and over will achieve a different result. Players need state of the art, creatively crafted, and executed to perfection to deliver maximum learning and leverage to all participants, you cannot get better if you don’t understand the process and have a detailed plan on how to measure and achieve these goals. My program was established to standardize and improve training practices with the objective of improving each player’s natural abilities so they can reach their maximum potential, the individual player improvement process should be at the forefront of each team and a quality on-ice and off-ice development component must not be compromised. Through the hundreds of Athletics that Stephen has trained from as far East as Newfoundland to the western British Columbia Interior, Stephen has earned the reputation of being able to successfully hone in on areas of a players game and dramatically increase a players competitive edge. This is how a basic philosophy emerged: “Any player of any ability can improve performance by focusing on what we believe are the four most essential aspects of Hockey; Balance, Efficiency, Speed, and Agility.”
